Subscriptions & Other Offerings Policy

Overview: QTex AI provides its AI-powered services through a range of subscription plans and offerings designed to meet different user needs. This policy outlines the features, usage limits, and terms specific to each subscription tier – currently, the Free, Plus, and Pro plans – as well as general terms applicable to all subscription offerings. This information is intended to supplement our Terms of Use (which set forth the overarching conditions for using QTex AI services) by focusing on the entitlements and limitations of each plan. By selecting a QTex AI subscription, you agree to the plan-specific terms below in addition to all other applicable QTex AI policies.

Free Plan (Free Tier)

Features: The Free Plan provides access to the core QTex AI platform at no monetary cost. This tier is ideal for personal, hobby, or evaluation use by individual users who want to try QTex AI’s capabilities on a limited basis. Free users can create an account and use the web-based QTex AI interface or apps to interact with our AI (e.g., ask questions, generate content, or use design tools). All major features are available in the Free tier, but with usage limitations described below.

Usage Limitations: Free Plan accounts are currently limited to 50 messages per month (where a “message” is defined as one question/prompt to the AI and its corresponding response, or any single AI generation request). This monthly quota resets on the first day of each calendar month. If you hit the 50-message limit, further AI queries or generation requests will be blocked until the quota resets or until you upgrade to a higher tier. QTex AI may, at its discretion, adjust the free usage quota (for example, as part of a beta program or promotional period); any such changes will be communicated via the website or in-app notification.

Free accounts may also have other usage constraints, such as rate limits on how quickly you can send requests, or limits on the complexity or length of each request, in order to ensure fair access to resources. Additionally, Free users do not have access to certain advanced or premium features that might be reserved for Plus or Pro tiers (if any such features are introduced, they will be clearly marked).

Support:
The Free Plan does not include any guaranteed customer support from QTex AI. Free users can access self-help resources such as our knowledge base, FAQs, community forums, or tutorials on our website. While we strive to maintain a helpful community and clear documentation, direct support response from QTex AI staff is not assured for Free accounts. You may contact us for assistance, but paying customers have priority for support.

Service Level and Availability:
The Free service is provided on an as-available basis with no uptime guarantee. Free users may experience throttling or need to wait during peak usage times, especially if system capacity is under heavy load. QTex AI reserves the right to queue or delay Free-tier requests in favor of paying customers when necessary to maintain overall system performance. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Free Plan (or any of its features) at any time. If we make major changes to the Free tier (such as significantly reducing the usage quota or removing the free offering entirely), we will attempt to provide notice to users.

Intended Use: Each individual is allowed a single Free account, and accounts are meant to be used by one person. Free accounts are non-transferable and should not be shared. The Free Plan may be used for commercial use. If you wish to use QTex AI regularly for business or professional purposes, or require higher usage limits or reliability, you should upgrade to a Plus or Pro plan.

Plus Plan (Unlimited Individual Subscription)

Features: The Plus Plan is a paid subscription designed for individual users who need unrestricted access to QTex AI’s services beyond the Free tier’s limitations. Plus subscribers enjoy unlimited messages per month for their personal use, meaning there is no fixed monthly cap on how many queries or generations you can perform. You get full access to the platform’s features, including any standard updates or improvements QTex AI rolls out. The Plus plan is suitable for power users, professionals, or students who frequently rely on QTex AI in their daily workflow and want the peace of mind of no message limits.

“Unlimited” Usage Fair Use Policy: While the Plus Plan does not impose a set numeric limit on your monthly messages, your usage must still conform to QTex AI’s Acceptable Use Policy and technical constraints. “Unlimited” means you won’t incur extra charges or be cut off for high volumes in normal use, but it does not mean infinite simultaneous requests or server resources. QTex AI’s systems may implement reasonable rate limiting to prevent abuse (for example, to prevent a single user from sending hundreds of automated requests per minute, which could degrade system performance). In practice, the vast majority of Plus users will never notice these limits, as they are calibrated to allow generous regular use. If we detect that a Plus account is using the service in a way that is abnormally excessive, not human-driven (e.g., a script sending constant requests), or otherwise violating fair use (for instance, attempting to harvest data or monopolize resources), we may reach out to discuss usage or, in extreme cases, temporarily throttle or suspend the account to preserve service quality for others. We will endeavor to provide notice and work with users if we believe adjustments are needed. In summary, Plus provides freedom from worrying about a hard quota, but it is not a license for abusive usage.

Support: Plus subscribers are entitled to standard support from QTex AI. Standard support means you can contact our support team via the official channels (such as email support@qtex.ai or the support ticket system within the app) and expect a response, generally within a reasonable timeframe during business hours. We aim to respond to Plus inquiries in the order received, typically within 1-2 business days. However, Plus does not include the priority or expedited support guaranteed to Pro accounts, and there is no formal Service Level Agreement (SLA) for response times on Plus tickets. If your needs require guaranteed rapid support or a higher level of personalized service, consider the Pro plan. That said, QTex AI values all paying customers, and we will make good faith efforts to resolve any issues Plus users encounter as promptly as possible.

Team Use: The Plus Plan is licensed for a single user. Account sharing is not permitted. Each person who desires to use QTex AI under a Plus subscription should have their own Plus account. Use of a single Plus account by multiple individuals (e.g., sharing login credentials among team members) is a violation of these subscription terms and may result in account suspension. For collaborative use or team management features, the Pro Plan is more appropriate. If we identify that a Plus account is being used by multiple people, we may notify the subscriber and require an upgrade to Pro or the creation of separate accounts for each user.

Billing and Renewal: The Plus subscription is billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual options are available, as indicated at purchase). By default, your Plus plan will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle and charge the payment method you provided, until you cancel. Prices for Plus may be subject to change; if the subscription fee is going to be increased at renewal, we will notify you in advance and give you the opportunity to cancel if you do not agree to the new price. If a Plus subscription lapses (for example, due to payment failure or if you actively cancel), your account will revert to the Free tier at the end of the paid period. You will still retain your data and history, but going forward you’ll be limited by Free plan restrictions unless you re-subscribe.

Pro Plan (Professional / Team Subscription)

Features: The Pro Plan is QTex AI’s most comprehensive subscription offering, tailored for businesses, organizations, and advanced users who require enhanced collaboration, support, and administrative control. A Pro subscription includes unlimited usage of QTex AI for all users covered under the plan (similar to Plus, with no fixed message caps), as well as team access and management tools not available in individual plans. Key features of the Pro Plan include:
·       Multi-User Access: The Pro Plan supports multiple seats/users under one subscription. The organization (or individual account owner) subscribing to Pro can invite Authorized Users (team members) to join their QTex AI Team. Each invited user gets their own login and can use the AI services independently, but all are tied to the central subscription for billing and administrative oversight. The exact number of users included or allowed may depend on the Pro package purchased or any user limits we publish; some Pro subscriptions may have a default user allotment that can be expanded for an additional fee. (If not explicitly limited, assume you can invite a reasonable number of team members commensurate with your organization size as discussed with our sales team or as per the plan details at sign-up.)
·       Collaborative Workspace: Team members on a Pro plan may have the ability to share content, projects, or templates with each other within the QTex AI platform. For example, a design created by one team member could be accessible to colleagues, or a common repository of AI-generated assets might be available. We are continually improving collaboration features; refer to the Pro Plan documentation for specifics on current capabilities (such as shared folders, team libraries, or version control features, if provided). Team members can also see usage dashboards or analytics if the admin permits, helping organizations track how QTex AI is being utilized.
·       Centralized Billing (Collaborative Billing): With Pro, the organization receives one consolidated bill for all users and usage under the account. There is typically a primary administrator or billing contact who manages the subscription payments. This simplifies expense tracking and reimbursement processes compared to multiple separate Plus accounts. The Pro admin can often add or remove team seats, and the billing will adjust accordingly (for instance, adding a user mid-cycle may result in a pro-rated charge). Payment methods may include invoicing (available to qualified organizations) or other flexible options by arrangement, whereas Plus is strictly credit card auto-pay.
·       Priority Support: Pro subscribers receive dedicated, priority support from QTex AI. This means that support requests from Pro accounts are placed at the top of our queue and handled by experienced support engineers or account managers. We aim to provide an initial response within 24 hours (1 business day) for Pro support tickets, and often much faster. In addition, Pro customers may be given a direct support contact or an account manager for critical issues or onboarding assistance. While we strive to resolve issues as quickly as possible, please note that the 24-hour response target is a guideline and not a guarantee of issue resolution within that timeframe; complex issues might take longer to fully resolve, but you will at least hear from us and know we are working on it. Pro support can include scheduled calls or screen-sharing sessions if needed, and generally more hands-on guidance. This level of support is a key differentiator of the Pro plan.
·       Service Level Commitments: QTex AI’s Pro Plan may come with certain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) or uptime commitments for enterprise customers. We guarantee a higher level of service reliability for Pro users, with an uptime target (for example, a percentage uptime per month). Details of any SLA (such as 99.9% uptime target, maintenance windows, and credit mechanisms if the SLA is not met) will be provided in the Pro subscription agreement or a separate Service Level document. In general, Pro users can expect the highest priority in terms of system resources and recovery in the event of any outage. If the QTex AI service experiences downtime or significant performance issues, Pro accounts will be the first to be restored and may receive communications about status and remediation.
·       Advanced Features: Pro subscribers might gain access to beta features, higher API rate limits (if API access is part of the service), or integration capabilities that are not available on lower tiers. For instance, if QTex AI offers an API or developer toolkit, Pro plans might include a certain allotment of API calls or priority processing for those calls. Or, if there are premium modules (like specialized AI models or industry-specific tools), Pro users could have those included. We also consider feature requests from Pro customers with priority; being a Pro subscriber gives you a stronger voice in our product development roadmap.

Team Management: The Pro plan includes an administrative console where the account owner or admins can manage team members. This typically allows the admin to: invite users (by email), remove users who should no longer have access, assign roles or permissions (e.g., designate additional admins, or control who can share content externally), and view usage reports. All team members under Pro must either accept an invitation and create their own account credentials or be part of a Single Sign-On (SSO) integration if provided. Each Authorized User under a Pro subscription remains subject to QTex AI’s Terms of Use and other policies. The organization is responsible for ensuring its team members use the service in compliance with those terms. If an individual leaves the organization or no longer should use the service, the admin should promptly deactivate their access. Unauthorized sharing of Pro access outside of the invited team members is prohibited and may result in termination of the account.

Collaboration and Data Sharing: Within a Pro team, users may share content with each other internally. However, all shared content remains subject to the confidentiality and intellectual property rules in our Terms of Use and Copyright Policy. Team members should be cautious when marking content as public or sharing outside the team, as that could expose company information. QTex AI provides tools to restrict external sharing for Pro teams if needed, to help organizations keep their data internal. We also maintain strict confidentiality of your team’s content on our end; your data is segregated and not accessible to other QTex AI customers. If a Pro plan includes access to a knowledge base or community forum specifically for Pro users, information shared there might be visible to other Pro subscribers – we will clearly indicate if any forum or channel is shared among customers.

Billing and Contract Term: Pro subscriptions can be structured as month-to-month or annual contracts. Many organizations choose an annual plan for budgeting reasons, which may come with volume pricing or discounts for committing to a certain number of seats. The billing contact will receive periodic invoices or charges as per the agreed schedule. Pro plans are typically set to auto-renew at the end of the term to avoid service interruption, unless cancellation notice is given. Some enterprise Pro agreements may not auto-renew and instead require renewal orders – refer to your specific contract. To cancel or reduce the scope of a Pro plan, the account owner should inform QTex AI according to the notice requirements (often 30 days’ notice before the end of the term for annual contracts). Early termination of an annual Pro contract may not be allowed or may incur a penalty, as specified in the purchase agreement or order form. However, if QTex AI materially breaches the service commitments, the customer may have termination rights as described in the Terms of Use or their custom agreement.

Upgrades and Downgrades: If you are on a Free or Plus plan and wish to upgrade to Pro, you can do so via our website or sales channel. Upgrading will take effect immediately; you will be charged a pro-rated amount for the remaining period if switching mid-cycle (or a full amount if starting a new billing cycle). Your account will gain the Pro features as soon as the upgrade is processed. Conversely, if a Pro subscriber chooses not to renew or decides to downgrade to a lower tier, at the end of the Pro subscription term the account will revert to either Plus or Free (as chosen). When downgrading from Pro, all team access will be lost: team members who were part of the account will be removed (their accounts may convert to individual Free accounts that are no longer linked under one organization), and any shared team content might become inaccessible or need to be transferred. We recommend exporting or saving any important data before downgrading from Pro. Some Pro-only features (like advanced integrations or higher API limits) will also cease. Essentially, the account becomes like a single-user account again. QTex AI can assist with data migration or splitting accounts if necessary when a Pro plan ends – please contact support ahead of time to discuss the best way to handle the transition.

Acceptable Use and Fair Access: All usage under the Pro Plan remains subject to our Acceptable Use Policy (see Terms of Use) and any fair use guidelines. Even though Pro users have the highest level of access, extreme cases of misuse (such as deliberate attempts to overload the system or to use the service for illicit activities) are not permitted. The Pro Plan does not allow you to resell or white-label our service to unlicensed third parties without an explicit reseller agreement. If you require such arrangements, please contact us for partnership opportunities. We may monitor aggregate usage of Pro teams to ensure system stability – if one Pro customer’s usage is so high that it impacts others, we will work with that customer on a solution (which might involve a custom plan or dedicated infrastructure).

Other Offerings: In addition to the core Free, Plus, and Pro plans, QTex AI may release other types of offerings. Examples could include:
- API Access Plans: If QTex AI provides a developer API, there might be separate pricing or subscription plans for API usage (possibly measured in terms of number of API calls or data volume). We will publish terms specific to API usage if and when this becomes available. API plans might be add-ons for Pro or Plus, or standalone for those who only use the API.
- One-Time Services or Credits: QTex AI could offer one-time purchase options like a bundle of extra messages (though currently Plus/Pro cover “unlimited” messaging, this might apply if a special model usage is metered) or cloud compute credits for specialized tasks. Such purchases will be governed by the terms presented at the time of purchase (all sales would still be final as per our Return Policy, unless stated otherwise).
- Consulting or Training Services: If your organization requires custom training sessions, integration help, or consulting from QTex AI’s experts, these may be provided through separate professional services agreements. The Pro Plan may include a limited number of training hours or onboarding sessions as a perk (we would specify this in your plan details if applicable). Additional services beyond what’s included can be arranged for an extra fee.
- Special Industry Offerings: We might tailor versions of our service for specific industries (for example, a healthcare-compliant version of QTex AI with enhanced data protections). These could have their own terms or addenda to address regulatory requirements (like HIPAA, if relevant). You will be provided with any such terms as needed based on your selected offering.This policy will be updated to include any future subscription tiers or offerings. QTex AI reserves the right to introduce new plans or adjust the features of existing plans. If changes are made to your plan’s core features or limits, we will notify subscribers in advance (especially for paid plans) and such changes will typically apply from the next billing cycle or for new subscribers, unless required sooner for legal or safety reasons.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability across all our plans. However, paying customers (Plus and Pro) receive priority in terms of access and resource allocation. In rare cases of system strain, QTex AI may temporarily queue or limit Free-tier requests to ensure Plus/Pro services remain stable. We maintain redundant systems and backups for reliability and disaster recovery. Pro plans may have a formal uptime guarantee (as noted earlier) – e.g., 99.9% uptime excluding scheduled maintenance – and a mechanism for Pro users to receive a service credit if the guarantee is not met. For Plus and Free users, we do not offer a credit or guarantee, but we will work diligently to promptly resolve any outages affecting all users. Maintenance windows that could affect availability will usually be scheduled during low-usage periods and communicated ahead of time via our status page or email (especially if the maintenance is expected to be lengthy).

Feedback and Changes

We welcome feedback from users on all plans about how the offerings meet their needs. If you have suggestions for new features or changes to a plan, please let us know. Often, feedback from Plus and Pro customers drives new benefits or adjustments to our subscriptions. QTex AI may amend this Subscriptions & Offerings Policy as needed to reflect changes in our services or business practices. The “Last Updated” date will be changed accordingly, and for significant changes (particularly any that could materially affect what you receive under a plan or what you pay), we will provide advance notice. Your continued use of the service after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the new terms. However, if you have a paid subscription and a change is materially detrimental, you may consider whether to cancel before your next renewal (though we hope our changes will generally enhance the value of our offerings).By choosing a QTex AI subscription, you are getting access to cutting-edge AI tools suited to your level of need.
